Privacy Notice (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, KVKK)
Data controller
This notice is issued by Norma Quality (Norma Kalite) under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").
Data we process
Through the training, proposal and contact forms: your name, organisation, email, phone, team size, programme or service of interest and message. When you activate a book: the activation code, a device digest, IP address and browser information.
Purposes and legal basis
We process this data to answer your request, to offer a suitable programme and to limit access to the book's content to at most three devices per code, based on your explicit consent and our legitimate interest under Article 5 of the KVKK.
Transfers
Your personal data is not shared with third parties other than our hosting and email service providers, except where required by law.
Retention
Training requests are kept for a reasonable period after the request is concluded; activation records are kept for as long as access to the book's content is provided, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Please send your requests to [email protected].
